WOW!!! Tom Schulze is the guy you want to go to if you want to sell your home. Contacted Tom on a Tuesday had a open house on Saturday and had an offer that we accepted on Monday. We expected our home would be on the market for a month or so, boy we're we surprised. Great guy to work with.

Tom was the listing agent on our home, which sold the first week, with multiple offers. We received $10,000 over our asking price, all because of the way Tom represented our home. He is the ultimate professional, yet when you meet him, you feel like you’ve known him for years. He goes above and beyond, even coming over before a showing to clean up after our dog when were unable to make it home before the showing. He was an especially big help prior to our house going on the market by arranging window cleaning, carpet cleaning, small projects, and used the best of photographers for our beautiful listing pictures. For the fee he was charging, we weren’t expecting such excellent service! Thank you so much Tom, we couldn’t have been happier with everything you did for us!!!!

Tom was great! We couldn't do any lifting, painting, or restage the home. Tom had everything done within a week. Tom 1st came to see us on Friday, on Monday someone came to paint, remove personal stuff on walls and then clean for open house. He had an open house on Saturday. It sold on Tuesday. We got our top price. Tom sent people in to do miner changes the buyer wanted. The pictures, videos. and post on the internet were outstanding. People we knew asked for Toms' photographers. The advertising was beyond our imagination. We needed help with signing documents on the computer. Tom was right there helping us I can't say enough about how smoothly it went. If your ready to move call Tom.
Tom's service was consistently above and beyond. His follow-up was meticulous. I had many questions throughout the process and he answered them all. He responded to each text, email, and phone call very quickly! I initially interviewed 2 realtors. One who specialized in my community and Tom. Tom priced my listing 35k over the other realtor and that's what I sold for. His vendors are great too. His termite company was less expensive than my previous quote. His photographer is amazing. Tom really listened to what I needed and delivered results for me. His commission was less than half of traditional realtors! If you use him, you will end up saving so much money and getting great service too! I highly recommend Tom Schulze for selling your home.

Rebecca was a pleasure to work with. She’s professional, informative; and more notably, trustworthy. She is very low pressure and is all about the facts. Absolutely phenomenal service for an unbelievably low fee. Tom sold our house for more than $300k over asking price after only two days on the market! He’s obviously an excellent salesman and expert negotiator and was always readily available to answer our questions. Tom goes the extra mile. For example, he researched our neighborhood and found pictures of another home that sold with an atrium converted to additional living space. This gave important options to buyers of our home which had an unconverted atrium.He also has a great team and a reasonable handyman contractor and cleaning service who made our house look spectacular in record time. We wouldn’t hesitate using him again.
